I havent been seen in over 3 years and i was welcomed back as if I never left. The staff is taking all necessary precautions to keep their staff and patients safe due to Covid-19. I would recommend Smilecology to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I cracked a tooth during this Covid-19 pandemic. The staff at Smilecology were able to get me in quickly and successfully resolve my issue. During my appointment the staff and Dr Phan took several precautions to ensure their safety and my safety during these different times. It was a very comfortable experience and I have every confidence in Dr Phan's skills. Highly recommend Smilecology.
The office is very clean and has a modern look to it. The front office staff was friendly and took care of everything I needed to do. Dr. Phan was professional and gentle with my dentist aneixty. It made someone like me feel comfortable and safe to continue coming to get treated, thank you.

The staff and everyone here is great! They did 1 root canal for me and I have future appointments. They do a really good job and make me feel very comfortable.
They are very kind and genuinely care for you, I can definitely say they are way better then the last place I was going too. They work with your schedule and really overall great.

I do not always like to go to the dentist--but a regular cleaning is a must! They staff at Dr. Thihan's office are extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful! I always feel welcome and they know me by name as soon as I walk in! I trust their dentistry. Ashley is very kind and professional. She does an amazing job.

As somebody with severe anxiety about going to the dentist, I’ve jumped around many different dental offices. None of these past offices have even come close to how professional and meticulous the staff at Smilecology are at carrying out there jobs. I’ve been with Smilecology now for 2 years and have no intention of looking into other dentistries .
From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, to the moment I left, they were phenomenal. They followed up with me to schedule my appointment, when I walked in the front desk staff stood up and shook my hand, and everyone was so personable. I was so impressed. Not many businesses place THAT kind of emphasis on customer service and it makes a huge difference. I felt like a person and not a business transaction. I will definitely be recommending smilecology to my friends and family.
Palo Verde Dentistry has been our dentist for about two years now. We've had teeth pulled, a crown placed and multiple cleanings. Staff is very knowledgeable, accommodating, efficient and open Saturdays!!! Great building and location. Highly recommend.
If you need a dentist come here. I work crazy hours and I’m not a big fan of a dentist office. But coming here they put my anxiety at ease and they work with me to make sure I can get in. The staff are amazing and the doctor is amazing. So if you’re looking for a great dentist and a helpful staff I would recommend smilecology and Dr Phan
They got me in right away. Were very intentive to my fear of the dentist. Best experience at the dentist yet. Went in with pain and the team made room to get me the root canal I needed that same day. You guys are the best! Thank you!
The office staff are very friendly and greet you by shaking your hand, which is nice. My hygienist was wonderful, explaining any procedure or things I need to look out for, and a truly sweet, personable person, I had a thorough periodontal maintenance cleaning and had a great experience, thank you Smilecology staff!!!
Every time I walk in the staff remembers you and makes it comfortable to be there. The doctor is knowledgeable and gives you options about your treatment plan.
This may sound strange, but Dr Phan & her staff are so good at what they do, I do not mind going to the dentist. Efficient & friendly people, I have to give them 5 Stars. They earned it.

I went here for the first time and had a great experience! My hygienist Ashley did a great job on my teeth and made me feel comfortable as I tend to get anxious at the dentist. She was very informative to what she was doing. I will definitely be going back!

It’s always the best experience getting my braces tightened!! There is never much of a wait and if I ever need to change the date of my appointment because I’m busy, it’s really easy and quick. Also getting my teeth cleaned is fun at Smilecology and it never takes too long.
Worst dentist i ever had, she just did some work in my teeth because she said i need it, but she lie to me. Now the teeth she fixed are bad and hurt when I brush, now i have to go to another dentist. all staff are nice, Lana good lady, but the dentist not good at all, it seems that just only want your money, inventing things for example your bones are not good you need this and that. just to rob your money Specially if you have a good insurance. . I have fillings in my teeth for 35 year and they are perfect. but the teeth she fixed not even lasted a year. I wont recommend this dentist specially if you Hispanic.
I never liked to go to the dentist, ever! ButSmilecolgy has an AMAZING staff and the Dr. Is such a miracle worker. I am highly impressed on the level of care that is given. If your in the neighborhood drop on by, they are the best.😁

The staff is so friendly and great to work with! They establish a treatment plan, and help you set up appointments to meet time and/or insurance constraints. And they have all the newest technology, but their prices aren't inflated compared to other dentist offices.
This place is great! The staff is really nice and they give great advise on how to take good care of your teeth! I’ve been to other dentists and they all were not so great! But this place is!! I love it here!!

Ashley shared with me the options that I had regarding my concerns, she was able to schedule my next appointment without passing me off, I was impressed with the efficient process she had in place. Dr. Pham was honest with her findings and made appropriate recommendations that I felt was right without pressuring me to make a decision. Cassandra provided me with the quote based on the recommendation with no pressure to make a decision, and she gave me the financing partners they worked with so I can do my research. She checked me out with the same professionalism as when I checked in. Definitely recommend Smilecology for anyone looking for a new dentist.
If I could I would give this office 10 stars...The patience they've had with me ii unbelievable! They answer all my questions and constantly making sure I am ok. They reach out to me after surgery for updates and make sure I did not need anything from them, or if I had any concerns on anything...Their knowledge and skills are great too.

My wife has been a patient here and has gotten plenty of work done, being the one to pay the bill..I have no complaints. This is the best dentist office I've ever been too. Not only is ALL the staff really great, but Dr Phan is fantastic! They are all super helpful and always ready to answer any and all your questions. Everyone always had a really great attitude and they really make being a dental patient EASY PEASY.

All I can say is I had such a wonderful experience at Palo Verde Dentistry. Can I just start off by saying how wonderful and friendly the staff is, made me feel so comfortable throughout my whole visit. I can honestly recommend Palo Verde Dentistry if you want a place that makes you feel welcome. I would like to personally thank Cassandra for making feel so comfortable knowing that it was my first time at the dentist, she made my experience so much better even offering to lend me her headphones.
