Your First Exam:

Your first exam visit will include necessary x-rays and intra-oral pictures allowing us to diagnose the condition of your mouth, teeth, and gums. You can expect our hygienist to perform the necessary type of cleaning needed for you during your initial visit. Your gum examination will determine the type of necessary dental cleaning you need to provide you the highest level of dental care to retain your teeth and for your whole-body health. In most instances, your dental condition will be determined at this visit, and if needed, a suitable treatment plan will be discussed with you. In some instances, your dental condition may warrant a second exam visit with the dentist to help you achieve your dental goals and address your dental concerns.

We appreciate the value of your time. You can expect us to be on time for you. The first comprehensive dental exam can be 1.5-2hrs long. On certain popular days and hours (Saturdays and evening hours) and dental emergencies, there may be a short delay as we attend to everyone. We strive to be thorough with your examination regardless of the schedule and provide the highest level of care to all new and existing patients. We expect at least 48 hr advance notice for appointment cancellations and reschedules to allow us to schedule your reserved time to another patient in need.
